Cicaria shows promise against hair loss
We examined a new strain derived from the human microbiome, Cicaria, to see how it helps with hair loss. Through testing on individuals with hair loss and comparing them to a control group with normal scalps, we found that Cicaria produced key compounds like adenosine and biotin. Notably, hair follicles treated with these elements displayed longer lengths and maintained healthier root diameters. Furthermore, these treatments appeared to support the phases of hair growth, slowing the transition to hair loss. Thus, Cicaria shows potential as a treatment for hair loss.

Vitamin B5 precursor boosts hair growth
We explored the effects of Dexpanthenol, a vitamin B5 precursor, on hair follicle cells. Our findings showed that Dexpanthenol boosted cell viability and proliferation in human dermal papilla and outer root sheath cells. It reduced markers of cell aging and death while promoting factors that extend the hair growth phase.

However, our results indicate that while Dexpanthenol may have potential for stimulating hair growth through these mechanisms, further studies are necessary to establish its effectiveness in combating hair loss more broadly.

We explored the relationship between antiepileptic medications, specifically valproic acid and carbamazepine, and various serum levels in children.

Our findings indicated no significant changes in biotin or biotinidase enzyme levels between the medication groups and healthy controls. However, we noted lower zinc levels in both treatment groups, though still within normal limits.

Interestingly, three participants on valproic acid experienced hair loss. Remarkably, this issue resolved after a three-month regimen of biotin supplementation, suggesting a potential benefit of biotin for hair health.

Stops hair loss

Vitamins from group B normalise nervous and cardiovascular function, assisting with stress and enhancing bowel health. This organic B vitamin complex comes as an easy-to-swallow compressed tablet with no allergic reactions. The dosages, particularly B9 at 400, are appropriate, as excessive B9 can be harmful. Crucially, it stops hair loss, and I take magnesium, omega 3, and zinc alongside it. Since starting this regimen, my hair has considerably stopped falling out. This is a prevalent issue, and I'm grateful to iHerb for their selection and to the manufacturer for quality. Many thanks for reading my review!

Effective against hair loss

These VITAMINS are fantastic! This organic B vitamin complex, appearing as a compressed tablet, is easy to swallow with no allergic reactions noted. The dosages are appropriate, particularly at 400 for B9, as one should be cautious with larger amounts. They effectively stop hair loss, which is an urgent issue today. I also take magnesium, omega 3, and zinc. Hair fall has genuinely ceased, and you might also try combining it with masks of castor oil, vitamin E, and black cumin oil for enhanced results. Remember to care for your health!

I had lost half my hair due to chemotherapy and was desperate to stop my hair loss. In just three weeks, it started to grow back rapidly! I took only a portion of the recommended dosage. Despite some initial breakouts, which resolved, I am thrilled with the results. My hair grew quicker than expected, along with my eyebrows, too. A big thank you!

Topical solution shows promise in hair loss
We explored the effectiveness of a new topical formulation combining minoxidil, finasteride, biotin, and caffeine on male androgenetic alopecia, which is a common hair loss condition. Over six months, five participants applied the solution daily and attended regular evaluations.

By the end of the study, all patients showed noticeable improvements in hair thickness and overall appearance. While satisfaction levels varied, with some reporting neutral reactions at the three-month mark, most recognized benefits after six months. This suggests that the formulation could be a promising option for treating hair loss in men.

Vitamin B6 aids hair condition
We evaluated the effects of vitamin B6 and calcium pantothenate on hair loss in 46 women with diffuse alopecia. Over 4-5 months, participants received calcium pantothenate, while vitamin B6 was injected daily for 20-30 days, then again after six months.

Our findings highlighted that vitamin B6 significantly improved hair condition and reduced hair loss, especially in cases related to telogenic alopecia. However, calcium pantothenate did not demonstrate a notable positive effect in treating female hair loss.

Unfortunately, I experienced increased hair loss while using this vitamin mix. I'm uncertain of the cause but suspect it might be the vitamin A content.

After recovering from COVID-19, I found that the complex helped considerably. My sense of smell returned swiftly, and I’m grateful not to suffer from hair loss and thinning nails, which are common post-illness issues. I recommend this for maintaining the nervous system.

My body has responded well to these vitamins with no side effects. I purchased them to combat hair loss and fragility, and after three weeks of taking zinc alongside, I've noticed a significant reduction in loss. I expect remarkable results in a couple of months, and I feel more at ease.
